Included:

• Complimentary pre-constructed, bespoke WordPress website.
• The website design will incorporate a home page, an about us page, a gallery page, a contact us page, a services page, and policy pages.
• The website will be set up on the WordPress platform.
• The website will be hosted on your own Host Expert hosting account.

Excluded from the website:

• Copywriting: It is the client’s responsibility to provide the content describing their services in their own words.
• Product/lifestyle photography: The client must supply their own photography.
• Online store management: We do not oversee the operation of the client’s online store and its functions.
• Product management: We are not responsible for managing the pricing and stock of items on the client’s website.
• Sales management: We are not responsible for following up on sales/orders placed through the client’s website.
• Marketing: It is the client’s responsibility to market their website.
• Terms and conditions: It is the client’s responsibility to provide their own terms and conditions, which must comply with POPIA.
• Privacy policies: It is the client’s responsibility to provide their own privacy policies, which must comply with POPIA.
• Pro plugins: Any pro plugins required for special features requested by the client are not included.
• Editing pages: It is the client’s responsibility to update the designed pages.
• Website maintenance: The client is responsible for maintaining the website, plugins, and information independently.

Disclaimer: 

• The plugins used in the design of this website are freely available in the WordPress plugin library. We are not responsible for maintaining these plugins, and the client must replace or change them if the developer no longer provides updates.
• We shall not be held liable for any income generated by the website, nor do we provide any assurance that the website will generate income for the client.
• To receive the website, you must sign up for our expert and business annual hosting plans, which are non-refundable. Once the client has chosen to receive the free website, no refund will be provided, even if the client chooses not to use the website.

Host Expert will not be held responsible for any Hackers gaining information and passwords from 3rd party apps used by you, including, spam mail, websites visited by you etc. We highly recommend installing and adding a pro-SSL Certificate on your domain to protect your website and your clients/web visitors. Our FREE SSL certificates offer a basic form of security, and we do not guarantee that they can prevent hackers from gaining access to your website. Your emails share the same server as your website and could offer a gateway for an experienced hacker. It will be your responsibility to let your clients know of any breach should a hacker gain access to you or your clients info, through forms stored on the website or any emails accessed through the server.
