Host Expert Refund policy.
The provision of services by HostExpert (PTY) LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, HostExpert (PTY) LTD will refund the client in full within 30 days.
No refunds will be given for any product/service we purchase from third-party suppliers where refunds are not possible. This includes:
No pro-rata refunds will be processed for services that have been billed for periods longer than 1 month (quarterly, biannually, annually etc).
No pro-rata refunds will be processed for services that have been discounted.
No pro-rata refunds will be processed for services that include any free products (domains, websites, etc). These services will only be cancelled after the initial 12-month period concludes.
Refunds for normal hosting products will be paid out to your Host Expert account in the form of credit.
Credits on your account cannot be refunded.
Our refund policy is simple: all sales are final. There are no refunds for domain registration, domain transfer, or domain renewal fees. Additionally, transaction fees on payments are non-refundable.
The only time your annual plan will be terminated is when your account does not comply with our terms of service/acceptable usage policy. However, both monthly and annual payments are still non-refundable in this case.
Positive credit balances can only be applied towards outstanding service orders generated on our system.
Finally, please note that accounts not settled within 120 days after they are due will be removed from the system.
